Launched in September 2026, the Phonak Audeo EON Sphere E70 hearing aids are Phonak’s middle tech in the EON Sphere range, offering the platform’s core technology, HYPERSONIC AI processing, Spheric Speech Clarity, and modern connectivity, without the strongest tier of speech-in-noise performance reserved for the range’s top level. They are Receiver-in-Canal (RIC) hearing aids, a discreet style with the speaker sitting in the ear canal and the main body worn behind the ear, and they’re also rechargeable.

Auracast is a newer Bluetooth feature that lets certain venues, theatres, museums, transport hubs, broadcast sound directly to compatible hearing aids, and Roger microphones are useful for meetings, lectures or one-to-one conversations at a distance.

Wind noise and everyday maintenance

Phonak’s own research states WindBlock 2.0 can reduce wind noise by up to 50 dB. In practice, that’s useful if you spend meaningful time outdoors. E70 is also compatible with EasyGuard domes, a sealed design that helps stop earwax reaching the receiver.

Phonak states EON Sphere E70 offers up to 38 hours of rechargeable battery life on a full charge, with actual runtime depending on how much you stream and your listening environment.
